Information used to provide Brevvid

Brevvid uses account identity, email and profile information for sign-in and account administration. Marketing briefs, scripts, brand assets, uploaded media, narration and generated videos are processed to provide the video service. Subscription customer, invoice and usage records support billing and service operation. Stripe handles payment collection; Brevvid uses billing identifiers and subscription records.

AI and other service providers

Supported AI features send relevant prompts, text or media to external providers. Authentication, database storage, hosting and render workers also process information needed for their functions. Review our subprocessor disclosures for services and data categories. A listed feature route does not mean every provider processes every customer request.

Provider training, retention and deletion treatment depend on the applicable service, account settings and contract. We have not verified a blanket exclusion from model training, zero retention or a common deletion period across all providers. Public vendor policies alone do not establish those settings for your account.

Workspaces and shared information

Workspace access depends on membership and role. Shared company content may involve other members, ownership transfer and retention obligations. An account request does not establish that all shared workspace records or another member’s personal information can be removed or exported.

Retention and deletion

Account closure, subscription cancellation and deletion of data are separate actions. Local records, media storage, provider copies, logs and backups can have different handling and retention. Billing records, security evidence, legal holds and shared content may require separate review or retention. We do not promise that all copies are permanently erased within a fixed number of days. We also do not describe retained account or usage identifiers as anonymous.

A request receipt, revoked access or a canceled provider job is not proof that every copy has been erased. Already downloaded or otherwise delivered bytes cannot be recalled.

Account information and requests

Sign in to Settings to review your profile and manage your subscription. Use privacy request or export controls only when they are available in your account. New privacy controls are being prepared; this notice does not claim they are already available to every customer. Export scope can exclude other members’ data, source media or separately retained records, and files may reflect changes made during preparation.

A dedicated public privacy-request contact has not yet been confirmed. A confirmed channel will be published here. If an account support contact has been provided to you, verify that channel before using it for access, correction, export or deletion requests. Request handling depends on verified identity, scope and applicable obligations; no response or completion deadline is promised here.

Sessions and service activity

Authentication uses session storage and cookies. Your browser can control storage, although blocking essential session data can affect sign-in. Application records include template and generation activity, rendering outcomes and subscription usage. Hosting and processing services may retain technical request or operational logs under their own applicable arrangements. This page does not claim a verified advertising-cookie program or an available cookie-consent control.

Access and security

The application uses authentication and role-based access checks. Security controls and provider capabilities do not establish a Brevvid certification, guaranteed data location or complete erasure. No Internet service can guarantee that every transmission or stored copy is secure.

Updates

The date above identifies this notice’s revision. Review it alongside the Terms of Service and processor disclosures. New contractual privacy commitments require applicable account evidence and review.
