Service and account

Brevvid provides AI-assisted video creation, script and narration generation, media generation, brand tools and video rendering. Available features and allowances depend on your plan and released service. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Review outputs before publication; generation time and quality can vary.

Subscription and billing

The Service is available on a paid subscription basis. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in USD at the prices presented for your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Exports are included in your subscription, subject to its applicable allowances; there is no separate per-video checkout.

Use subscription management in Settings to manage billing. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. A privacy deletion request does not cancel your subscription.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. To request a refund, contact support through the confirmed channel associated with your account. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.

Your inputs and service processing

You retain the rights you hold in briefs, brand assets and media you submit. To provide your requested service, you permit Brevvid and its necessary service providers to receive, store, process, transform and render those inputs and deliver the resulting content. This permission is limited to operating the requested service and maintaining the records described in the Privacy Policy; it is not a transfer of your input ownership or permission to publish your content as advertising for Brevvid.

Third-party rights and generated outputs

Provide only material you have permission to use, including applicable rights in brands, images, music, fonts, voices and people’s likenesses. Obtain required consent for voice or likeness use. You remain responsible for permissions and the context in which you publish a video.

Generated output may include your inputs and third-party or AI-generated material. Applicable provider, model and asset terms can limit use. Brevvid does not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright protection or clearance for every output or every commercial use. Check the applicable rights before publication; AI assistance does not establish those rights by itself.

Acceptable use and infringement reports

Do not use the Service to create illegal, threatening, abusive or deceptive content, infringe third-party rights, impersonate a person without permission, bypass access controls or interfere with service security. Use a confirmed account support channel to report suspected infringement, identifying the affected content and the rights claimed. A dedicated public infringement-reporting contact and formal notice procedure have not yet been confirmed; formal reporting contact details will be published when confirmed.

Availability and changes

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages or account review. No uninterrupted service, recovery deadline or enterprise SLA is guaranteed here. The revision date identifies these updated disclosures; separate enterprise commitments require an applicable reviewed agreement.
