1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brevvid platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Brevvid reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or email.
2. Description of Service
Brevvid is a B2B video marketing SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate professional promo videos from marketing briefs. The Service includes AI script generation, AI voiceover, AI image generation, multi-format video rendering, and brand management tools.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service is available on a paid subscription basis. All plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in USD. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. To request a refund, contact support. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) use the Service for any purpose other than creating marketing video content.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (briefs, brand assets, media uploads). You own the videos generated by the Service using your content and may use them for any lawful commercial purpose. Brevvid retains no rights to your generated content.
8. Service Availability
Brevvid strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Rendering times may vary based on system load.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevvid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Brevvid may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms.
